- working with the client to determine the new go-to-market model for the company,
- mapping business processes and their interfaces,
- documenting the business requirements for entire enterprise, including the management processes,
- being instrumental in changing their understanding of what technology would actually contribute towards their objectives.

- managing diverse stakeholders,

- developing a series of process templates,
- implementing a key process of linking business planning to IT consumption and billing,
