  • working with the client to determine the new go-to-market model for the company,
  • mapping business processes and their interfaces,
  • documenting the business requirements for entire enterprise, including the management processes,
  • being instrumental in changing their understanding of what technology would actually contribute towards their objectives.

Our client (>$250m turnover) wanted to implement a governance model on their large services outsourcing project via an effective change management mechanism.

Solution Delivered
The solution we delivered for our client included;

  • managing diverse stakeholders,
  • establishing a number of new processes,
  • developing a series of process templates,
  • implementing a key process of linking business planning to IT consumption and billing,
  • implementing the change management structure, forums and scorecards.
