Definition of Future Business Process State (“To Be”)

Detailing the implementation of business process change requires in-depth analysis to define the future (“To Be”) processes in detail, though process re-design, business requirement definition, stakeholder agreement, and road mapping for implementation.

  • Conduct re-design workshops to validate current state against possible changes and map out ‘To Be’ process maps, based on the business requirements, and quantitative analysis.
  • Validate the Process design for accuracy by walking through with key participants and identify any Quick Wins initiatives.
  • Perform Metrics Consolidation against the Business Case.
  • Adjust analysis for any volume seasonality.
  • Align process requirements changes with current (and any intended future) system capabilities.
  • Validate requirements with internal ICT, and any proposed external vendors, and the adjustment of system solutions required and / or ‘To Be’ process maps.
